1. Delivery Timeline
We start processing your order as soon as it is confirmed. The estimated delivery times are as follows:
Inside Dhaka:

Note: Delivery may take slightly longer during public holidays, mega sale campaigns, or due to adverse weather conditions.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location and will be displayed at the checkout page:
Inside Dhaka:

We may offer Free Shipping on specific promotional campaigns or order values above a certain amount.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation SMS/Email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package through our courier partner.
4. Delivery Process & Inspection
Our delivery partner will contact you via phone before delivering the package. Please ensure your contact number is reachable.
Important: We highly recommend checking the package thoroughly upon delivery. If the packaging is visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and immediately report it to our customer support.
5. Unclaimed/Undelivered Orders
If our delivery agent cannot reach you after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. If it was a pre-paid order, a refund will be initiated after deducting the shipping cost.
